To be eligible for a refund, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. The return should be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, are non-refundable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.  

 

  • Returns Process:    

 

To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section, where you can follow the provided instructions to generate a return request. Clearly state the reason for the return and include any necessary supporting documentation. Our customer support team will carefully review your request and guide you through the return procedure.  

 

  • Refunds (If Applicable):    

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will be sent an email confirming its receipt and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately (5-7) five to seven days for your refund to be processed.
